Activists!!

Yet again someone is going to the courts to bypass the legislature and the people's duly elected representatives. When will these activists understand that the unelected courts aren't the place to solve their issues?

Shutdown looms as Pawlenty lashes out at Hatch

Tom Mason, Pawlenty's senior adviser, said the question of potential conflict was "a pretty significant one. The question deserves to be asked." And despite Hatch's contention that court action should come as a last resort, Mason said the administration would seek court action "sooner rather than later. We're facing contingency planning. A court ruling would be the framework."

Oh, wait. It's okay. Even if he is essentially staging a coup by attempting to bypass the State AG, he's a Republican so it must be done with the best of intentions.

Whew. I thought for a minute it might be another of those dirty liberals. You go T.Paw! Why do the hard work of trying to actual figure out the budget mess? Numbers only help the liberals anyway. It's much easier to grandstand and try to divert our attention from your own inaction by attempting to somehow link the Attorney General to this mess. Bravo.
